Jon Bohannon on May 12, 2020 herein declares and publishes on his website Bathyblack.com as his official medium to express his copyright for his original authorship appearing on this same website of his writings, artwork, photographs, and other forms of authorship protected by copyright.
On February 28, 2013 Jon Bohannon hereby expressly copyrighted the manner in which he writes the literary work entitled "Bathyblack Abyss." [Excerpt from Jon Bohannon's book on the topic of forgetting childhood abandonment trauma that cause Compelling Urges: "The word "bathyblack" sounds like something a 4 year old would say in his childish manner of describing a place that is pitch-black with a total absence of any light, but actually bathyblack conforms to the International Scientific Vocabulary. Jon Bohannon took the literary license to create the word "bathyblack" as a legitimate combined form of the prefix, bathy- which means "deep" and "to drown" + the suffix black which when defining a forgotten childhood abandonment traumatic experience means absolute absence of light and love."] Thus the phrase Bathyblack Abyss found in Jon Bohannon's literary work and on his website signifies "the threshold of a transition from one state to another, the process of change." The literary work entitled Bathyblack Abyss © that contains the phrase Bathyblack Abyss is Jon Bohannon's way of expressing the absolute absence of light and love is hereby copyrighted. Anyone using this literary work entitled Bathyblack Abyss must credit the author Jon Bohannon.
On January 21, 2018 Jon Bohannon hereby created and copyrighted the compound noun phrase Bathyblack Abyss © that incorporating his compound noun - Bathyblack © (Jon Bohannon copyrighted February 28, 2013) when used in conjunction with the noun - Abyss as the official term to designate and identify the first instance of psychological psyche imprinting induced by trauma. The term Bathyblack Abyss designates both the initial traumatic experience and its metaphorical location in time and space. Anyone using the psychological term Bathyblack Abyss © must credit the founder Jon Bohannon.
